We believe that to heal and therefore grow, we must all work together — we must enter upon the counseling journey with an open mind, open heart, and understand that it is a process.  Our goal is progress and never perfection.

 

That being said, we support you, we encourage you, we will sit patiently by your side, we will cry with you, we will laugh with you, we will put in effort as you put in effort, and we will grow together.

A welcome message to families…

 

I feel humbled that you are looking and searching for answers to your child and family’s counseling and wellness. Your investigation and curiosity are a great start to making the best choice. You have a desire to want your family to grow and prosper, and for something to change for the better. I am a wife and mother of 2 children, so I very much understand wanting that for my family. Our children bring a lot of joy and energy to our lives and we, at times, feel overwhelmed with our love for our children. We do not have all the answers to marriage and raising children and I do not think we are meant to!

 

A welcome message to individuals and couples…

 

It takes loads of courage and might to take the step you are taking. You are already courageous and mighty for doing so! Now you can feel at peace and take a load off that help, support, and a safe space for you is not so far away, but right here.

 

Here we need you to know that we will do our best to give you the space that you need to feel that you belong here. We will do this through creating a culture of acceptance, understanding, non-judgement, and love.

The Populations we serve.

 

Children to Teenage Therapy - We welcome children as young as 4 years to teenager, and young adults. Times are getting tougher in many ways and children need more support than ever. The need for therapy is growing rapidly within this population. We will do our best to give your kiddo the support and tools they need to grow.

 

Parental/Family support- We will provide support to parents as we work with your child. We also provide specialized parenting support to parents with neuro-diverse children, as well as co-parenting support to divorced parents.

 

Adults and Couples Therapy- Our goal is to include ALL. We welcome adults and couples for counseling services. There is no better work than one can do, than work on oneself. Marriage is a commitment and commitment is a daily practice. We invite couples to explore their relationships and strengthen them.
