Connie is a dedicated therapist passionate about guiding children, adolescents, adults, and families through life's challenges. She creates a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can openly and honestly explore their thoughts, feelings, and concerns. By working collaboratively, she empowers her clients with the tools and knowledge they need to build resilience and foster a more positive outlook.

Connie provides supportive guidance to families, helping them navigate difficult periods with empathy and healing. She acts as a guide, facilitating communication to help family members gain insight and develop skills to better understand their family system.

With experience in diverse community settings, including family counseling centers, schools, private practice, and virtual platforms, Connie uses a comprehensive therapeutic approach tailored to each client's individual needs. She incorporates evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

A lifelong learner, Connie is committed to staying current with emerging practices in the field of Marriage and Family Therapy. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and her dog Sophie.
